Energy for the Community: Willow Movie Night

Come join the Susitna River Coalition for a movie night of two short film screenings on October 24th at the Willow Library: Return to Us and We the Power. SRC energy coordinator, June Okada, will speak about the importance of paying attention to local energy issues and projects in our communities, and how to get involved.

Return to Us: This powerful documentary by Ryan Peterson reveals the Eklutna Dena’ina people’s journey to mitigate the impacts of the Eklutna Dam and to restore what was once a healthy free-flowing river with all 5 species of salmon.
