RIVER PROTECTORS
Representing more than 23,000 individuals, groups, and businesses, the Susitna River Coalition (SRC) is a grassroots organization based in Talkeetna, Alaska. SRC supports a free-flowing Susitna River and the healthy communities and ecosystems it sustains. We focus on the education, engagement, and mobilization of diverse voices to improve decision-making and protect the key resources that are vital to the region’s success.

The comment period, to assess the potential impacts of the project, opened on July 23rd and close on August 23rd.

In 2015, Luc Mehl traveled across this wild, roadless portion of our watershed as part of the Alaska Mountain Wilderness Classic.
